With a collaborative mindset, Niall works closely with architects, builders, and clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring that Concrete Obsession’s high standards of quality and innovation are upheld on every job.

With a strong background in administration from the Philippines, Joyce plays a vital role in the smooth running of our business. She handles accounts, client support, and all admin functions with precision, while also managing our project management system to keep schedules, workflows, and documentation on track. Joyce supports both office and field operations, ensuring clear communication and efficient processes across the board. Her love for spreadsheets, structure, and well-organised systems makes her an essential part of the team.

Kristin leads with a passion for leadership, financial clarity, and helping people grow. While she doesn’t come from concreting background, she brings a wealth of experience from growing up on a dairy farm, where she learned early on the importance of financial data and analysis. She’s also an qualified Rural Firefighter and did 3 years as Volunteer with FENZ and was proud to be selected for two national deployments — one for flood response in the top of the South Island and another for a wildfire in Twizel. 

These experiences shaped her calm, strategic approach to leadership.

With advanced training in cognitive behavioural coaching and leadership development, building internal systems that work, ensuring our team is supported, and our clients are well taken care of. She works closely with Niall and Joyce to review financials, align daily operations with long-term goals, and keep the company on track—always guided by our core values of communication, integrity, knowledge, and collaboration.
